Bound and helpless, Derrick is no longer safe as his subconscious is now over taken by fear. His cries for help are no where to be heard beyond his own nightmare. Derrick is able to wake up for a short while as Christian torments and tickles him. Derrick falls deeper into a nightmare within a nightmare, where he is felt up and subjected to a new level pleasure.
